X-802 is the racing helmet Nolan Group. In this project, the culmination of years of experience at the highest level in motorcycle racing, and each component (cap, visor, liner and ventilation system) is the result of new developments, aimed at providing a consistent quality and perfect performance. Every detail has been designed with top performance and developed following a long journey of experimentation and testing at the MotoGP. Already at the beginning of the 2008 motorcycle racing season, Casey Stoner, Jorge Lorenzo and other riders sponsored by the Nolan Group, tested and tested many innovative technical solutions that are on this helmet is now available for sport riders and demanding. 01 - TRIPLE SHELL X-802 enjoys the benefits of using three different outer shell sizes for the six sizes available (XS-S ML XL-XXL). Equip with the helmet in its curved surface, but is also available as an accessory in the flat model, prepared for the use of outer tear (tear-off). In combination with the new visor is the rotation mechanism which for years has equipped all the Nolan full-face helmets ®: light, reliable, quick release visor without any tools, control (4 mm) of the sealing trim, DOUBLE ACTION * device with a dual function: A locking cap, to prevent accidental opening, especially at high speeds; B misting of the visor, at low speeds or stops, by a minimum opening thereof. 03 - LINER REMOVABLE COMFORT IN UNITHERM The fabric used to make UNITHERM indoor mans X-802 is the best performance in terms of comfort. This is a new generation of stretch microfiber, wielding an active control of transpiration by rapidly dispersing perspiration. The removable cheek pads offer the greatly appreciated STEADYFIT configuration in three different thicknesses, which can provide excellent comfort even in the presence of a significant pressure on the cheeks, which is essential to keep the helmet stable on the track at high speeds. 04 - ADJUSTABLE STABILITY DEVICE (ASD) In the back of the helmet has an integrated spoiler innovative aerodynamic adjustable variable. The product of experience and testing in the wind tunnel and on track, the new spoiler optimizes the aerodynamic helmet while driving at high speeds stabilizing it and facilitating the extraction of warm air through holes in the integrated mining spoiler. His profile, and its aerodynamics, can be adjusted in two configurations, to better adapt to different positions and styles. 05 - VENTILATION SYSTEM X-802 offers the most complete system of ventilation and efficient ever designed for a helmet. Besides the already mentioned ASD, the innovative rear spoiler which complements the permanent extraction of hot air from the inside, it features: An air intake high flow rate with defogging function; 2 front protection with integrated aerodynamic vent; 3 side air extractor; 4 front air intake with direct entry; 5 upper air intake widespread release.
