X-701 is the full-face helmet with a composite fiber shell that is characterized by innovative and attractive design (particularly off by a spoiler rear stabilizer) which is a perfect blend of functionality and comfort in order to meet the needs of the most demanding riders. It is the result of X-lite ® technology research and numerous aerodynamic tests both in laboratory and on the track and is ready for the communication system N-Com ® X-Series.
01 - TRIPLE SHELL
X-701 is made of three different outer shell sizes (XS / S, M / L, XL / XXL) to ensure, therefore, levels of comfort otherwise difficult to reach. In this way, too, weight and volume of the helmet (and hence its aerodynamic resistance) are kept to a minimum, proportionate to the size of the pilot.
02 - LINER Removable comfort
The internal fitting out X-701 is characterized by the exclusive use UNITHERM LIGHT, stretch microfiber fabric that provides active control of transpiration, provide the rider with high comfort in any situation. In addition, the new liner, relieved at the inner ducts, ensures optimum airflow inside the helmet.
The interior is completely removable and washable; guarantees superior hygiene and freshness for a long time and prevents the formation of unpleasant odors.
03 - VISOR AND MECHANISMS OF ROTATION
Printed in Lexan ® OQ SABIC Innovative Plastics (formerly GE Plastics), the visor is scratch-resistant and has a curved surface. It is also designed as standard for the application of Nolan Fog Resistant system is, the inner visor resistant to fogging. Side mechanisms, light and reliable, allowing the functions of rotation for opening and closing of the visor, with intermediate positions, quick release with no tools and adjusting the draft (4 mm) between the visor and the trims.
DOUBLE ACTION The new device allows the following functions:
A misting of the visor, at low speeds or stops, by a minimum opening of the same;

04 - FAN
X-701 also stands out for its innovative ventilation system, the result of the experiences of the pilots X-lite ® toughest races. It consists of:
A lower ventilation. The lower air intake is adjustable in two positions. In the first position the incoming air is directed onto the visor is the rider's mouth. In the second position, the air is conveyed to the visor to limit fogging;
B front ventilation. The front air intake, located above the visor, allows you to create a change of air in the inner front of the helmet;
C top ventilation. The ventilation system provides more than two independently activated vents that allow air to enter the top of the helmet. The channel of the inner shell allows the distribution of air inside, while the rear vents - spoiler integrated into the rear stabilizer - take steps to ensure the expulsion of warm air, ensuring a constant turnover.
